Volunteer Auxiliary Scholarship
The Volunteer Auxiliary presents annual awards to students interested in pursuing a college degree and furthering their education.
Eligibility Requirements
- Owensboro Health employees who are not currently receiving tuition reimbursement
- Past teen volunteers
- Children of Owensboro Health team members
- Must be pursuing a healthcare-related degree at an accredited college or university
- Individuals who received a scholarship for the 2025–2026 school year are not eligible to apply this year.
Scholarship Details
The scholarship recipients will receive two payments of $1,000—one in August 2026 and the other in January 2027. The awarded scholarships can be used for expenses such as tuition, course fees and books.
The deadline to apply for the scholarship is 4 p.m. on April 24, 2026. Applicants will be notified of the committee's decision at the beginning of June.
