Celebrating Excellence in Our Athletic Community

OT Sports Awards 1

Owensboro Health Regional Hospital is proud to support and host the Owensboro Times Sports Awards, recognizing the dedication, perseverance and achievements of our local high school athletes, coaches and teams.

Each athlete recognized represents a commitment to growth, teamwork and personal excellence. Their achievements reflect not only individual effort but also the strength of the programs and communities that support them.

“These honors did not happen by accident,” said Dr. Alex Brown, orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist with Owensboro Health. “They come from consistency, sacrifice and the ability to keep going after setbacks. Those habits matter not just in sports but in life.”

We also want to recognize the parents and families whose support makes these moments possible. From travel and preparation to encouragement through every high and low, your role is essential in each athlete’s journey.

At Owensboro Health, we are honored to care for and support the health and well-being of athletes across our community. Congratulations to all who were recognized. We look forward to seeing all that you accomplish next.
