Before Your Appointment

It’s best to begin preparing for your travel health needs at least eight weeks before your departure. However, if you’re past that timeframe, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do everything we can to assist you.

To ensure the best care and a smooth visit, please:

  • Submit your intake form at least two weeks in advance of goal appointment date.
    • This allows us to prepare personalized, trip-specific recommendations.
