Celebration of Gratitude – Event Update 

Thank you for your interest in the Owensboro Health Foundation’s Celebration of Gratitude. 

Due to the timing of this year’s event and several community scheduling conflicts with the holiday, we have made the decision to postpone the celebration. Ticket sales are currently closed. If you previously purchased tickets, a full refund is being issued. 

We are creating a fresh and meaningful new way to express our gratitude this year, and we look forward to sharing those plans —along with a new date for next year’s Celebration. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Funding Priorities

In three decades, Owensboro Health Foundation has raised more than $30 million to provide for the needs of patients, families, caregivers and the communities we serve. As the philanthropic arm of Owensboro Health, the Foundation has helped to advance the mission of the health system through the generosity of donors. 

Programs and services supported by Owensboro Health Foundation include patient assistance programs such as resources for transportation and medication; lodging for families of patients; cancer, diabetes and cardiac screenings; scholarships and healthcare workforce development initiatives; community education and support groups; employee emergency assistance; enhanced technology and equipment elevating patient care; efforts to enhance patient experience; resources to help care for vulnerable populations; as well as mental and physical well-being initiatives.
