    Family Medicine Residency Program Clinic

    Services Provided by Our Family Medicine Residents Include:

    • Annual wellness exam, adult and pediatric
    • Behavioral/mental health
    • Care navigation to facilitate improved healthcare access
    • Chronic disease management, such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, high cholesterol
    • Immunization, adult and pediatric, and travel medicine
    • In-home visits
    • Inpatient and outpatient care
    • Minor surgery
    • Pediatrics: wellness exams and newborn care
    • Physicals: pre-employment, sports, immigration
    • Senior-adult patient care
    • Women’s health, including contraception and prenatal care
