Grant Turley, DOFamily MedicineDr. Grant Turley enjoys teaching providers and training them in osteopathic manipulative medicine. In his practice, he focuses on the whole person to address his patients’ physical, mental and spiritual health. He provides all aspects of musculoskeletal medicine to patients of all ages, including osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), joint injections, tendon sheath and trigger point injections and occipital nerve blocks. Dr. Turley grew up in Central City, Kentucky, and says he is excited to be back in Kentucky and giving back to this community. |
Erwin Wietrick, DOFamily Medicine, Sports MedicineDr. Erwin Wietrick chose to pursue a career in primary care to become an advocate for his patients, helping them achieve their goals and return to a life they enjoy. His love of sports, athletic performance and injury recovery led him to the field of sports medicine. Dr. Wietrick completed medical School at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, South Carolina and residency in family medicine at University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. He completed a fellowship in sports medicine at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. |
Melissa Duvall, LPCCMelissa Duvall is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 12 years of experience in behavioral health. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and an Addictions Education (AE) Certification from Western Kentucky University. Melissa provides outpatient therapy for adults and children, ages eight and above. She utilizes person-centered techniques through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Supportive Psychotherapy for those struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, addictions and other conditions. |

Elise Tharp, PharmD, MPA, BCACP, TTSPharmacistElise is the Family Medicine Residency’s Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. Elise earned both her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and Master of Public Administration at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. |
